The course then goes on to look at the Legislation that covers Infection prevention and best practices. This includes the Health and Safety at Work act, RIDDOR and COSHH. Lastly it looks at what is an infection.. Signs of infection and infections that can be associated with healthcare settings including MRSA, C-Difficile and Norovirus.
