On the occupational side you will engage the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, PUWER 1998, COSHH 2002, the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 and RIDDOR 2013. Food safety runs alongside this under FSA-enforced rules and HACCP principles, which we can support but which sit separately from workplace health and safety.
